Is the Judiciary in Khilafah state independent ?

Yes, absolutely! Judges and courts are completely independent from the head of state and the executive and are key parts of the institutions of Khilafah. Moreover, a sitting judge who is investigating a matter relating to the executive cannot be dismissed till the conclusion of the investigation.
